Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment to fill out a brief intake form. Give yourself additional time if you plan on using Hot Springs prior to your appointment.

Dress comfortably. Bring a swimsuit if you plan on using Hot Springs. We have changing rooms, showers, and lockers. You will be provided a bathrobe & slippers.
